Konum. "Konumumu kullan" özelliğini seçtiğinizde, cihazınızın yaklaşık/kesin konumu yalnızca o an, bulunduğunuz çevredeki en iyi mekânları göstermek için kullanılır. Konumunuz uygulama içinde ya da herhangi bir sunucuda kaydedilmez. İzni vermezseniz uygulamayı şehir adı yazarak da kullanabilirsiniz.
Hesap / kişisel bilgi yok. Uygulama ad, e-posta, telefon gibi kişisel bilgi istemez; giriş/kayıt yoktur.
Konum veya yazdığınız şehir adı, o bölgedeki mekân önerilerini (yemek, kahve, müze, gezilecek yer vb.) getirmek için ilgili mekân veri sağlayıcısına iletilir. Sonuçlar performans için geçici olarak önbelleğe alınır; bu önbellek kişisel veri içermez (yalnızca "şehir + kategori" gibi genel bilgiler).

Sizden gelen konum ya da arama bilgisi kalıcı olarak saklanmaz. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda cihazınızda uygulamaya ait veri kalmaz.
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz.
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayımlanır ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir.

This privacy policy explains how the Vibe 5 / Vibe 5 mobile application (the "app") handles your data. In short: the app creates no account, does not identify you, and stores no data on any server.
Location. When you tap "Use my location", your device's approximate/precise location is used only at that moment to show the best places around you. Your location is not stored in the app or on any server. If you don't grant permission, you can still use the app by typing a city name.
No account / personal info. The app does not ask for your name, email, or phone; there is no sign-up or login.
Your location or the city name you type is sent to our places data provider to fetch recommendations (food, coffee, museums, sights, etc.) for that area. Results are cached temporarily for performance; this cache contains no personal data (only generic info like "city + category").
The app uses the following services to fetch place information:
Your location or search input is not stored permanently. When you uninstall the app, no app data remains on your device.
The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates are published on this page and the "Last updated" date changes accordingly.
